The iDek™ heat press is the remarkable achievement of a close knit collaboration of designers, engineers and technicians, using the latest in digital technology and proprietary manufacturing processes to provide a press like no other. It took well over a year in development to create this uniquely expandable heat press. Until now, traditional clam shell and swing away heat presses have dominated the marketplace, but our patent pending lateral modular design changes all that. Our press allows a company to grow at a pace that meets their demands. And, with an iDek™ it’s not necessary to buy a new machine to expand capacity. It’s easy to add one or more of our modular Quickclick™ specialty Deks™, to increase services, opportunity and profitability.
The d2 Commercial™ heat press is the ultimate pressing machine
This model is designed for volume and efficiency. It comes equipped with dual pedestals and two 14” x 17” Deks™. The shirt Dek™ can instantly be configured from Portrait to Landscape using the Quickclik™ placement lock. Vertical format is ideal for imprinting on youth size shirts. The broad Horizontal format is perfect for adult size shirts. Efficiency is maximized by our digital control console with pre-set press programs for vinyls, transfers or sublimation and a custom programmable manual mode.
The s1 Professional™ inline modular heat press
The s1 Professional™ heat press is the foundation of the entire iDek™ product line. It comes equipped with one pedestal and a 14” x 17” image Dek™. The nice thing about the s1™ is the ability to upgrade at any point in the development of your business. You can add a second workstation, simply by purchasing an additional pedestal and image dek™. The benefit is total production capabilities. All of the specialty Deks™ are compatible additions to both the s1 Professional™ and the d2 Commercial™ heat presses.
Laserlok™ Precise Laser Alignment System w/Stand
This exclusive graphic alignment system was designed specifically to vertically integrate with our s1 Professional™ or d2 Commercial™ inline modular press. This modular component can be purchased in a single tower/3way set up or dual configuration with adjustable x-y axis laser light, or pin dot. It can also be purchased with a stand for alternate manufacturers equipment or decorating processes. The advantage of the Laserlok™ is the professionally aligned image registration on production runs, that speed the process of graphic placement on the substrate and insure that it matches your settings precisely, until the job is done, or even for the next run. Flex tubes are easily adjustable and maintain the coordinates you have established.
14" x 17" Portrait/Landscape Image Dek™
Quickly changes from horizontal to vertical format, top and bottom. Accommodates a wide range of image imprints on various sizes, from youth through adult. The portrait position is perfect for youth T shirts while landscape works best for wider format adult sizes. Over/under loading technique is possible because of the cantilevered styling of the pedestal. Ghosting problems from unwanted transferring to the next layer of the garment, are eliminated without the need for pillows or parchment paper liners.

Pocket / Universal Image Dek™
Polo shirts are just one of the ways this custom Dek™ can be of benefit. Any dress shirt, polo shirt or T-shirt with a pocket can be imprinted using the dual pocket Dek™. Some of the uses include corporate exposure, event recognition or uniforms. Whatever the reason, permanent images are easily attained with the pocket Dek™ from iDekUSA™. Two pockets can be done at the same time, and the lower image Dek™ has been designed with a taper to secure the pocket in place while the image is being transferred. Slim line silicone pads allow the user to easily slip the garment pocket over each pocket Dek™. The Universal Dek™ is ideal for tagless label imprints on the inside or outside of the back of the shirt neck. Also beneficial for sublimation transfers on tote bags, puzzles, mouse pads and more. As with all of our specialty Deks™ the garment is not laid on top of the printing surface, but rather utilizes the over/under loading technique.
